(previously known as a Homebuyer Survey)

Our Level 2 Home Surveys:
  • provide a Report, containing colour photos and annotations to illustrate defects,
  • provide information about the structure and the fabric of the property,
  • identify defects or areas of the property needing remedial work,
  • describe any identifiable risk(s) of potential defects,
  • propose the most probable cause(s) of the defects based on the inspection.
Asset 2

RICS Level 3 Home Survey
(previously known as a Full Building Survey)

Our Level 3 Home Surveys:
  • provide a detailed Report, containing colour photos and annotations to illustrate defects,
  • provide the surveyors professional opinion on the worth of the property through a market appraisal,
  • provide detailed information about the structure and the fabric of the property,
  • enable you to plan for repairs, maintenance or upgrade of the property by providing detailed advice on the condition and any remedial works,
  • provide an estimate of costs for identified repairs / remedial works and any additional work(s),
  • describe any identifiable risk(s) of potential defects,
  • propose the most probable cause(s) of the defects based on the inspection.
